Arabic Poetry Day, Standing Room Only!
The CAMS Department hosted an Arabic Poetry Day, organized by students and faculty. Over two dozen students read and recited Arabic poems, with accompanying English translations projected onscreen. It was a celebration of centuries of poets and poems about the beauty, struggles, and hopes of Arab peoples. Congratulations to all!
